Do you take request for cusomization/alteration of products?

We currently do not provide any alterations / customizations.

Where are your product manufacturing facilities located?

Our manufacturing facilities are located in Jaipur, Surat and other prominent textile hubs around North West India region.

What are your clothes made of?

We use high-quality fabrics like cotton, silk, georgette, and others, to ensure comfort and style.

How can I be sure of the quality of your clothes?

We take pride in the quality of our garments. All our products undergo strict quality checks before being shipped.

Can I customize my outfit?

Currently, we do not offer customization options. However, we are always looking for ways to improve our offerings, so stay tuned for updates!

Ordering & Delivery

What are your delivery charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 500 across India.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. We typically deliver within 3-5 business days within India.

Do you offer international delivery?

Currently we are not deliverying interntionally

I have ordered products with different shipping times together, when will I receive the products?

Your order will be delivered as per the shipped time, for more info you can get in touch with us from the contact us page

Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?

No, delivery of the items depends as per the product shippment time

Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.

Why does my shipment status shows as Return To Origin (RTO)?

This may occur if our logistics partners have made multiple unsucessful delivery attempts. If you think you are experiencing this issue by mistake, please contact our support team.

My order has been shipped two days back, however i have not received my order yet?

Shipping timeline is over however my product has not been shipped?

"My Orders" page would provide you with complete information of your order including the order status, payment status and tracking details.

What if the delivered product has minor fitting issues?

You have the option to reach out to our Support Number +91 83830-73206 or send us an email at care@rangita.com within 15 days from the delivery date. Please ensure to include the necessary replacement details (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Replacement) when contacting Customer Support via email or call.

What are the shipping chargers I need to pay for an order?

There are no shipping charges added for the orders

I need my order urgently, can you deliver it?

We currently do not offer express delivery but rest assured you will get your orders within 7 working days.

Can I add more items after placing the order?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you won’t be able to add more items to it. You may place a new order for the items you missed out on adding.

Each product is delivered to the customer only after it has cleared a stringent quality check process comprising several levels of checking & packing.

Is there any additional delivery charge?

Shipping is FREE for all orders above Rs.500 or on your First Order. For orders below Rs.500, we charge an additional shipping fee.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

What should I do if I miss the delivery?

We will try to attempt to deliver your order thrice. We’ll also try and drop you a call, in case you miss the delivery to understand your delivery requirements.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of secure online payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery.

Will I be asked to share card information, account information over mail or call?

No, we don't ask for such information from our customers via call or email.

What should I do if a transaction fails?

In case there is a failure in payment, please retry after some time. Ensure correct banking credentials are used. If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, Razor Pay will ensure that it is reversed within the stipulated time. For any further clarification, you can drop us an email.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, shipping charges, etc)?

No, there are no extra charges other than those mentioned on the product page. Your total bill amount will be displayed at the time of payment, before you complete placing an order. In case you opt for cash on delivery, you have to only pay the amount mentioned on the invoice in cash (received at the time of delivery).

Is COD (Cash On Delivery) payment option available?

Yes! COD is available for all serviceable pin codes.

Are there any additional charges for COD payment option?

We do not charge additionally for COD payment.

My account has been debited but order not confirmed? What Should I do?

We ensure that an Order ID is confirmed only once our bank receives the payment from your bank. Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might be debited from your side but wouldn't have been received by us yet. Please wait for 24 hours to check if the order has been confirmed or if the amount is credited back to you. If neither happens, please drop us a mail or give us a call and we’ll help you further.

When will I receive a refund of the returned product?

It takes a few days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. The refund for the return or the exchange request will be initiated once the product passes the quality check.

I paid cash on delivery (COD), how would I get the refund?

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through NEFT.
